H is for HAMBURGER STEAKS 🍔⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This meal is comfort food 101. Hamburger steaks and mashed potatoes just feels like home to me. Very hearty, flavorful, and make sure to add some veggies with our favorite asparagus! 💚 I always add A1 before mixing the ground beef and I think it makes all the difference. What your go-to comfort meal?

G is for GREEK CHICKEN MARINADE ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How many people love Greek/Mediterranean food like I do?! 🥗 I love the abundance of cucumbers and tomatoes and I haven't met a tzatziki sauce I didn't like. This marinade is only the beginning of many great Mediterranean meals, but it's my favorite because it's packed with flavorrrrr. Nobody wants a plain piece of chicken breast. NO ONE ☝️

G is for GUMBO!!!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ IT’S GAME DAY 💜💛⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Quite possibly the best thing about Louisiana. There’s no lack of good food and gumbo is on the top of everyone’s list when they think of Louisiana cuisine. All families have different gumbo recipes but all start with the same step, making a roux. It’s not as hard as you think it is, just takes a little time. Try it out, you won’t regret it!

I’m Madeline! Look at my feet! Why is the first work week of the year always so rough!? I always seem to catch a cold on this week which makes for a real resolution killer 😂 This was also my first cold as a mom and wow not fun. Mom duties don’t stop when you’re sick 🤒 I only posted one recipe for ABC week F, butttt I’m creative and have moved it to another week (it’ll be in week H) Anyone can guess what it is? 😋
