Non-Alcoholic Mango Pina Colada

I’ve realized I like to start my posts with “ohhhhhh xyz” 😂

And it’s because I get way too excited when I start typing up recipes that I’ve made over and over to make sure that they are PERFECT for you.

This one was no different. My opening line was. “Ohhhhh, have I got a drink for you!” 🤪

But seriously, I do. And this one is dedicated to all my pregnant mommas out there, for the breastfeeding mommas, for the moms who need to be present 24/7 because you never know when that cutie is going to wake up, for my sober friends (so very proud of you), or for literally anyone who would rather not drink.

This is my 2020 summer drink of choice. Perfect for afternoons on our back porch or for bringing to the pool (if we can go this year). I’m sure you’ll LOVE this tropical drink that allllmooost makes up for the vacation you had to cancel. Almost 🥴

If you want to turn this into an alcoholic drink –

All you have to do is reduce the pineapple juice by 2 oz and replace it with coconut rum!

Easy peasy, and so refreshing!


Non-Alcoholic Mango Pina Colada

  • 6 oz can of pineapple juice (I use Dole brand)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat is best)
  • 4 oz frozen mango cubes (Dole brand)
  1. Add all to a blender and whip it up! Enjoy on a hot summer day 😎
