Pull Apart Pizza Bread

Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!

I literally chant this in my head when eating this fluffy, flavorful, cheesy bread.

My sweet friend, Morgan, brought this to a Game of Thrones viewing party (yes we have one every week, jealous?)

so much cheese, so little time

 SPOILER ALERT

It was killed in 5 seconds like all of the Lannister army on the Dothraki field. We love you, Drogon!!

END OF SPOILER

So three weeks later, I made it for another GOT night and again, well-loved!

It’s easy to combine all of the ingredients before heading out the door, and then ready to pop in the oven once you arrive to the party! Dip in some marinara and watch your friends fall in love with this dish.

You’ll need biscuits, lots of cheese, and some Italian seasoning- ready? ok!!

Take 2 packages of biscuits, I used buttermilk biscuits, NOT flaky. Cut into 4 or 6 pieces each.

I like to cut them into smaller pieces so that people will eat more muahahaha

Take a package of pepperonis and cut those into smaller pieces as well. Toss the biscuit dough and pepperonis with olive oil in a medium sized bowl.

Add in shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the mix as well as Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix all to combine.

Side note: For this recipe I used pre-shredded Mozz for convenience. It works, don’t get me wrong – but SO MUCH BETTER if you have the time to shred yourself. Think of it as a work out because we all hate doing attempting pushups.

At this point you can package it up to transport to the party place and bake there, or you can continue baking!

You’ll bake this cutie for 30 min or until biscuits are golden.

Serve warm with marinara and enjoy!
